Sun shaped suncatcher

On the Yellow card stock cut out inside all of the sun shape following the lines of the triangles – on the orange card stock cut to make a ring. Instead of tearing the tissue paper this time T practised some cutting skills cutting strips of tissue paper to “colour” in the sun. Cut triangles around the sides of the pie plate making a set of points. Fold out the points to make your sun shape.


Glue sweet wrappers to each point of the sun. Sun catchers are generally made of colourful acrylic panels which look like stained glass - glorious when the sun shines through them.
