Florida immunization schedule

This guidance will be updated as the COVID-pandemic evolves. CDC official immunization schedules for children, preteens, teens, and adults for health care professionals, parents, and the general public. Children Registration Form.


A blue color box has been added to the schedule , including a blue footnote key. These indicate that shared clinical decision-making is recommended regarding vaccination.

Kindergarten and th grade students must provide proof of immunizations before they can return to school. Rabies Vaccine (Rabavert) contains egg protein. Affordable vaccinations for adults may be available. Flue Shot Clinics are held annually. Though forms on-hand may still be use only the newer forms are available in bulk. The core vaccines include the DHLPP (distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parvo, and parainfluenza). Your pup will also need a rabies vaccination, which is usually around $15—20.


Vaccine -preventable diseases like measles can be serious. Up until a couple of decades ago, measles was the single leading killer of children globally, Hotez says. The State Archives recommends that school districts and BOCES evaluate the need to retain immunization records longer than the stated minimum retention period for these purposes.
