How to stop negative thoughts from entering your mind

How to stop negative thinking? Another good method to stop negative thinking from entering your mind is to return to your sanctuary. I learned this method from Dave Asprey, the founder of Bulletproof Coffee. What you can do is simple, just return to a place where it makes you feel calm, peaceful, and harmonious.


Next time a negative thought comes striding into your hea grab yourself a bit of scrap paper. Write the negative though down, then crumple the paper up and throw it away.
