Intrepid travel warning review

They insist on providing a credit instead and that their customers are happy with it. I understand you are an Australian company and therefore, you may not understand very much about the British culture. They will not provide a refund for trips they cancelled - unacceptable, unethical and very disappointing. In a nutshell, they canceled my trip, promised a 1 credit towards future travel if pandemic or other events outside of their control will require them to cancel the trip.


Current travel alerts. Both companies have a similar tour classification, which goes from budget to comfort.

Also, they have a well-developed classification according to cultural shock and level of activity. I sent feedback to them almost weeks ago and expected to get some kind of response but that has not happened. My wife and I took their Simply Sri-Lanka tour in September this year. Answer of 65: I am considering a trip to Vietnam and Cambodia for 3-weeks. I have plenty of independent travel experience including Asia but am thinking l might enjoy the ease of a small tour group this time, meeting travel.

Our tour leader and boat crew made sure we were always taken care of and ensured we were always informed and respectful towards the wildlife. We think that was the first warning about the tour accommodations. It looked like a reasonable cheap tour, but.

It was a fantastic trip — one of the best group tours I’ve been on, in fact. I think you go to India for the Taj Mahal and some of the landmark sites, but what makes you want to go back is more complex. Warning : This might make you hungry. After about hours of travel , we were not met at the airport nor did we have a room. After getting that straightened out, the next morning we were informed that the vehicle we would be traveling in had no air conditioning.


Working culture is a challenge. Long hours are expected with no recognition, micromanagement is constant, there are rumours and childish cliques spread across the office. We travelled with Kumuka to Egypt last year and you are wise BradJill to cancel your egypt trip with them, they were awful! The tour (as in intinerary) in theory was perfect but thats where the good review ends, the hotels were the worst, the plans were continuously changing as they had not been booked before the tour started it was a shamble at best- they literally were booking internal.


Any experience of their tours please? They have recently funded a capital project at the orphanage I support in Kenya.
