Florida hoa proxy voting

The HOA Act , at Section 720. A proxy is simply a document that an owner signs to appoint someone else to vote on his or her behalf at HOA meetings. Proxies are helpful in hitting your quorum, but it’s important to make sure your proxy sheet does the following things: Notes the time and date of the meeting. Just after the first of the year, our condo association had to vote on a material alteration. I attended the meeting rather than send a limited proxy so I could vote in secret.
